Our successful, busy client by LAX needs a Customer Service Coordinator to provide excellent service to their customers. You will process orders, credits and RMA’s in a timely manner. A college degree or equivalent experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service is required. Inside sales or customer service experience preferred. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with internal staff as well as outside customers. You will monitor and follow up with shipping in order to proactively communicate ETA information to customers. You will also send samples, testing date and necessary documentation to customers as needed. This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the salary is $40K per year. Great benefits when full-time!
Entry-Level Machine Operators-Rancho Dominguez
This is a perfect job for someone with limited work experience who would like to learn how to operate simple machines. Our client, a manufacturer of credit cards, needs dedicated, focused individuals who are anxious to work and are eager to learn new skills. No specific experience is required, but you have to have worked on a job where you have been on your feet for extended periods of time. Requirements include a high school degree, the legal right to work in the US, a clean drug screen and good credit. Applicants with heavy credit card debt or who are in a collection situation, will not be considered. There are 3 shifts available and shift differentials are paid.
Inside Sales Coordinator
Our client is looking for 2 awesome inside sales coordinators to successfully manage 50-70 distribution national accounts. You will be challenged to increase the sales of these existing accounts as well as to develop new sales strategies to bring in new customers. You will be expected to achieve an assigned monthly target as well as manage the daily business activities of your assigned accounts. This will include pricing, shipments, scheduling or orders, order entry, etc. You will also send samples, literature and documentation to the customers and initiate necessary follow up. A bachelor degree is preferred or equivalent experience in sales, telemarketing would be acceptable. You must have 3-7 years experience in sales and have a strong proficiency in MS office. These are Temp-to-Hire positions and the salary is 45K yearly. Very generous benefit package is offered when position goes full-time.
Our client, an International Electronics company, needs 3 platers to start immediately. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available. You must have the ability to operate an automatic plating line, interpret blueprints and understand plating terminology. You also must have knowledge in electrodeposition of gold, silver, nickel, copper, rhodium and Palladium. The ability to use calipers, micrometers, thread gauges and x-ray machines is mandatory. You must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. In order to be considered you need a minimum of1 year experience in plating operations. Long term temporary position with a possibility of Temp-Hire.
Data Entry Operator
Our client in Carson, a large ocean transport company, needs a data entry operator who is fast! You may also need help out in the dispatch department if necessary. Being able to multi-task is a must. It is a casual office but it is super busy! The hours are 6am to 3pm and the pay is $14.00/hr.
Our client in Lawndale needs someone to manage their team of construction estimators. You will be making and receiving phone calls and entering data into Excel. You must be proficient in Word, Excel,Outlook and QuickBooks. You must also have a minimum of 2 years in the construction industry. The hours are 9-5:30 Monday through Friday and the pay is $16-18/hour. This is Temp to Hire position.
Part Time Bookkeeper
Our client, who has a small machine shop in Gardena, is looking for a part time bookkeeper for 2 days a week. The days and hours are flexible. Pay is $20/hr.
Our busy Carson client needs a dispatch assistant to facilitate pick up and delivery of freight with various trucking entities, company drivers and ocean carriers. You will field dispatch calls and respond to dispatch related emails. You will also coordinate delivery and pick up schedules with various terminals in California, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii. The hours are 1-6pm (can be flexible) and the pay is $16/hr.
Our client, who specializes in emergency water extractions, is looking for 2 qualified dispatchers to work in their call center. There are a high number of calls so you must be comfortable with heavy phones and have excellent customer service skills. There are 2 shifts available: 10-5 Monday-Friday with an alternate weekend day and 2-9 Monday through Friday, also with an alternate weekend day. The pay is $14-18/hour.
Entry Level Machine Operators-El Segundo
Our client, an International Electronics company, needs 5 entry level machine operators to start immediately. There are 3 shifts available. The 1st shift is from 6:15-2:30, the 2nd shift is from 2:30-11:00pm and the 3rd, from 10:45pm to 6:15am. You must have the ability to operate and monitor machine functions, do minor set-ups and be able to distinguish tooling and part numbers. You will also change tooling as required. The pay is $11.00 for 1st shift, $11.50/hr for 2nd shift and $12/hr for 3rd shift. Temp to Hire positions if you like them and they like you!
