Business specializing in ground lease buy-outs is looking for an Appointment Setter to start immediately. Will be setting appointments for the sales team. Must have at least 6 months telemarketing and appointment setting experience,which is reflected on your resume. Strong typing skills.  This position requires someone who possesses a strong sense of self and motivation. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM preferred. Strong typing ability.  Temp-Hire with room for growth. $16/hour plus commission.

Import Coordinator

Our client in Hawthorne needs an Import Coordinator who can communicate effectively with their clients via phone and email.  You will be processing documents through ABI/ACE systems and entering information regarding incoming shipments.  This is a Direct Hire position and the pay is between $38-48K per year.

AP/AR Clerk

We need an AP/AR clerk for a 1 week assignment -starting right away!  If you have recent experience and are looking for a short term assignment, please give us a call!  You must have general knowledge of accounting operations, an aptitude with numbers and be able to do revenue reports. The pay is $16/hr and the hours are 8-4:30

Customer Service Manager

Our Torrance client needs someone to cover a maternity leave for 3-4 months starting in the beginning of November. Someone with a background in the beauty industry would be ideal. Your job responsibilities will be to oversee the day to day activities of the Customer Service Call Center team. You will be in charge of the planning and execution of all Call Center operations, employees’ knowledge development and the continuous improvement of the customer experience. Your primary focus will be on managing the workload, coaching, and inspiring the team while at the same time providing excellent customer service to their clients. A bachelor’s degree is preferred along with proficiency in all Microsoft office programs. The pay is $18-25/hr and the hours are 8:30-5:30.

Inside Sales Coordinator

Our client, a well known, respected aircraft parts company, is looking for an incredible inside sales coordinator.  You must have at least 3 years experience in sales and knowledge of aviation and/or aerospace industries. The salary is $3000/month and it is a 7 hour day.  Some OT may be required.

Accounts Payable Coordinator

Our client, a well known lighting company, is looking for an accounts payable coordinator to cover a 3-4 month maternity leave. You will code and match invoices, input invoices into Epicor and post all payments, checks, wires, etc. You will review vendor statements and maintain vendor files. The hours are 8-5 and the pay is $15-17/hr.

Platers

Our client, an international Electronics company, needs 4 Platers to operate various plater production lines.Your job is to make sure that MPS and blueprint specifications are met. You must have the ability to operate plating and ancillary equipment on the Osciline in order to produce acceptable plated parts and hardware. You must also have the ability to work with, use and interpret blueprints with limited assistance. You are responsible for the proper handling of all chemicals. In order to qualify, you must have at least 1-2 years experience in Plating operations. You need to be able to use calipers, micrometers, thread gauges and x-ray machines. This is a temp to hire position, hours are 10:45pm to 6:15am and the pay is $11.00/hr.

Biller

Manufacturer of lighting fixtures is looking for a Biller to start immediately. Resume must reflect at least 2-3 years billing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Detailed oriented. Data entry, collections, generate invoices. Reconcile orders daily; quote rates. run Overage Accrual Report. Knowledge of Epicor a plus but will train. M-F 8-5. $18-$20/hour. Temp-Hire.

Automation Systems Technician

The main responsibility of this position is to develop, test and troubleshoot machinery and equipment under the direction of the engineering and scientific staff.  Your duties will be to repair all mechanical functions, mechanical drive units, industrial hydraulic and pneumatic powers, plumbing architectures, PLCS and ladder diagrams. You will need to contact vendors, order parts and keep inventory or replacement parts on hand for all equipment. You will need a 2 year certificate from a college or technical school or a minimum of 4 years in equivalent experience.  You must have the ability to troubleshoot on all lines of production and be able to prioritize the repairs.  A broad knowledge of PLC’s and electrical principles required.  You must have very good English grammar and spelling proficiency and be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with co employees, customers and outside vendors.  This is a Temp to Hire position for the right person and the pay range is $24-28/hr. 

Automation Systems Engineer 1

Our client, an International Electronics Company, is looking for a Automation Systems Engineer who can test, maintain, troubleshoot and monitor control systems.  You will participate in reviewing and checking designs, drawings and data submitted by other engineers and suppliers. You will be responsible for the interface between the hardware and software development for the automation system in order to achieve optional technical solutions. In order to be considered, you must have a BS in Electrical Engineering or 2-5 years of engineering system control design experience.  Experience in commissioning and startup of control systems is required.  You must have the ability to work with plant engineers, external vendors, operators and management.  Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory. Computer skills needed for this position are MS Office, database, spreadsheet and 3D graphics.  Salary is $34/hr DOE.  This is a Temp to Hire position.
