Payroll Specialist

Our Lawndale client is looking for an Payroll Specialist with administrative skills that can provide a high level of support with little supervision. Looking for a someone who is a whiz at Quickbooks. and who will jump right in to get things done.

Your primary tasks will be using Quickbooks for bank reconciliations, payroll (computing time cards, processing payroll checks, payroll tax, W2’s), and check writing. Must have this experience to be considered.

Other administrative duties will include booking travel, searching for great deals for supplies/inventory, using excel to create and update spreadsheets, and misc admin tasks as assigned.

Hours 9:00-5:30pm and pay is $20/hr.

Our client, a successful attorney in West LA is looking for an experienced, Bilingual Spanish legal secretary, preferably with at least 3 years experience in a legal office. Requirements include a high school degree, the legal right to work in the US, and a clean drug screen. You will be paid overtime for any hours worked over 8 hours in a day. Pay is $12/hour.

Our client is looking for a temp to hire Accounts Receivable and Billing Clerk to join their team. Must have prior experience in Accounting/Collections.
