Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls

  Take orders-provide quotes
  Resolve delivery issues
  Invoice sales orders
  Order parts for customers
  Enter all information into CDM

Customer Service - Temporary—Torrance

Our Torrance client, a manufacturer of high end small appliances, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities include:

  Handling up to 50 inbound calls and emails per day
  Entering customer information into database
  Assisting customers with technical questions regarding the appliance
  Backing up receptionist for breaks and lunch

Must haves:

  2 years+ customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  Technical support or troubleshooting experience a +
  Excellent communication skills to provide top level support to customers

Bilingual Spanish a +

Administrative Assistant - Torrance

Our client in Torrance, a supplier of small kitchen appliances, is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant.

Duties include covering the Receptionist with her breaks and lunches.

Must have either manufacturing or distribution experience. Resumes with a retail background experience will not be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  Answer and direct phone calls
  Greet visitors
  Filing
  Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and documents
  Assist office with additional duties as requested

Qualifications:

  Minimum 6 months plus experience
  Must be able to commute to their Torrance office-Not a remote job.
  Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
  High School Diploma/GED

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

$18-$19/hr.

Production Support- Rancho Dominguez

We are looking for Production and Machine Operators to support current project such as, scanning credit cards, printing labels and stuffing envelopes. Will set-up and operate equipment, emboss credit cards, assist in the assembly line, check product and ensure all machinery runs smoothly.

Day and night shifts available (12 hours each: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) -3 and 4 days/week.

Skills required
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi task—detail oriented
Possess intermediate computer skills
Be able to stand for long periods of time
English communication required
Be able to lift up to 6 lbs.

Requirements

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

Responsibilities:

  Process orders
  Coordinating with Shipping department on orders
  Entering shipping/tracking information
  Process Return Authorization requests
  Email and Chat responses
  Putting sales packets together
  Follow up with vendors
  Maintaining filing systems - electronic and paper

Qualifications:
