Purchasing Coordinator

Our client, an international plastic pipe manufacturer, seeks a purchasing coordinator who will be responsible for all the purchasing from Taiwan and China related to inventory ordering and following up on product delivery status. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing and making decisions on the procurement of materials at the lowest cost to maintain the proper inventory level for sales demand; following up with vendors/forwarder to track the delivery schedule and inform customers/related departments; coordinating purchasing details with vendors, including pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, delivery schedule revisions, invoice discrepancies, quality claims, and issue payment requests. BS/BA in Business Management/Supply Chain Management is preferred, and fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) is highly desirable.

This is a temp-to-perm position with full benefits once the position goes perm. Salary range is $44,500-50,000.

Shipping and Receiving

Industrial company is looking for a Shipping/Receiving person to start immediately.

  Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise
    Assemble orders for shipping
  Load/unload containers
  Inventory/cycle counting
  Process customers’ return of merchandise authorizations
  Will be using Forklift, pallet-jack and hand carts
  Utilize small hand tools

M-F 9am-6pm

Temp-Hire

$15-$18.50/hour

Cost Accountant

Manufacturing company is looking for a Cost Accountant to start immediately.

  Will collect data to determine cost of business activity.
  Review actual manufacturing costs and prepare reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
  Conduct inventory error analysis.
  Support monthly close process.
  Conduct product line analysis for management review.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field. At least two years related work experience and/or training.

Temp-to-Hire. Full benefits when position goes perm.
