The Quality Assurance Manager also has full responsibility for Quality Control, including inspection, analysis, and disposition of all discrepancies on measured results of product. This position manages any outside processing quality issues and outside quality concerns.
The Quality Assurance Manager is also responsible for hands on inspection which includes first articles, in process inspection, final inspection, operating CMM and Romer Arm as required.
Ensures that the responsibilities of direct reports are being completed per their own specific Job Descriptions and timelines
Ensures Inspection Processing Module is maintained, and up to dat
Ensures emailed Integrity Reports are handled
Address and update all DMRs in DMR Processing Mod
Inspects product manufactured through use of gauges, micrometers, etc. to determine compliance with order specifications, company’s standards to ensure conformity to specified standards

Follow procedures and drawings to prepare parts and sub-assemblies
Check and prepare parts for outside services by deburring for surface preparation
Perform minor machining of component parts to comply with fabrication drawings
Notify Production Manager when supplies are low
