Our client, an national insurance broker, seeks a candidate who can assist the organization in ensuring policy service inquiries are processed expeditiously and documented per company guidelines. Administrative support will also be expected by owner and other departments as needed. Previous experience servicing life insurance policies is mandatory, though being licensed is not. Candidate must be professional and able to provide the initial greeting and assistance to all visitors/callers. Must be a strong communicator in both writing and on the phone. Must display a welcoming personality at all times in handling POS inquiries, calls and engaging with staff across departments. Ideal candidate is also a self-starter who is flexible, an independent thinker, as well as a quick study who can assist in various administrative areas (mail/Fedex/phone support/special projects) as requested.
This is a temp-to-hire position paying $35-40K/year with full benefits once position goes perm. Hours are 8-4:45/M-F.
