Holiday Bonuses
Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

(You must accrue 800 hours with First Call and work the day before and the day after the holiday.)

Longevity Bonuses
After completing 1800 hours of work you are eligible to receive a bonus.

Referral Bonuses
Each time you refer an applicant who accumulates 100 hours with First Call, you are eligible for a referral bonus. $50.00 is paid for clerical/office workers and $25.00 for light industrial/warehouse workers.
