We use a state of the art testing program, “Prove It”, which offers over 1,200 possible assessments for us to use in order to determine if a candidate’s skill set matches those required for your position.
In addition to these measurable skills, each candidate is individually interviewed and assessed for his/her professionalism, language, grammar, work ethic, job stability and overall placeability. We look for their congeniality and their ability to work well with others. Our placement counselors are experienced and picky. Only the best survive their scrutiny.
And, in addition to this thorough evaluation, reference cards are sent to the candidate’s past employers to verify work dates and past performance.
