We are often asked what it is about First Call that sets us apart from our competitors. In order to answer this question without seeming biased, we asked our clients why they chose us. The most frequent answer was that our standards were a cut above everyone else’s. The caliber and quality of our temporaries was consistently good and they trusted our service.

It’s a well known fact that most reputable services test, screen and interview applicants. We do. The biggest difference between us and our competitors, however, is that the standards to which we hold our applicants are more stringent than most. High bars are set for 5 separate categories and every employee must meet our high minimums in order to be placed by us. Our placement counselors know that with every single placement they make their judgment capabilities are being tested. Therefore, great care is taken with each placement as their reputation rests with each choice.
