Administrative Assistant-Real Estate

This is an excellent job for an administrative assistant who has an interest in real estate.  Our client is looking for a recent college grad who has good administrative skills-good on the phones and a good command of computer programs. You will be dealing with high end clientele so must be professional in attire and demeanor. Lots of room for growth and a lucrative career path.  Beginning salary is $18/hour and the hours are 9-5.

Accounts Payable

We have 2 clients who are looking to hire AP specialists.  One company is in El Segundo and the other is in Gardena.  You must have proficiency in Excel, have done 1099’s, posted checks and have used a coded system. Both are paying a minimum of $20/hour.  Please send your resume if interested!

Entry Level Machine Operators-El Segundo

Our client, an International Electronics company, needs 10 entry level machine operators to start immediately. 2nd and 3rd shifts are available. The 2nd shift is from 2:30-11:00pm and the 3rd, from 10:45pm to 6:15am. You must have the ability to operate and monitor machine functions, do minor set-ups and be able to distinguish tooling and part numbers. You will also change tooling as required. The pay is $11.50/hr for 2nd shift and $12/hr for 3rd shift. Temp to Hire positions if you like them and they like you!

Qualifty Control Inspectors

We have 2 machine shop clients, one in Gardena and one on the Westside, who need Quality Control Inspectors.  Both are paying $15-17/hour.  Must be able to read blueprints and be able to do dimensional gauging.  If you speak Spanish, that would be a plus. Both are day shifts and long term.

Entry-Level Machine Operators-Rancho Dominguez-Needed Immediately

Machine operators needed immediately! No experience needed.

This is a perfect job for someone with limited work experience who would like to learn how to operate simple machines. Our client, a manufacturer of credit cards, needs 9 people who are able to work a 12 hour shift (6pm-6am) and be able to commit to the job for several months. No specific experience is required, but you have to have worked on a job where you have been on your feet for extended periods of time.

Requirements include a high school degree, the legal right to work in the US, and a clean drug screen. You will be paid overtime for any hours worked over 8 hours in a day. Pay is $13.25/hour.

Grinders-Machine Operators

Our client needs experienced grinders and entry level machine operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts.  Must have steel toed shoes. The 2nd shift hours are 1:30pm-10:00pm and the 3rd shift hours are 9pm to 5:30am.  Pay is minimum $15/hour, more if you are experienced.

Accounts Payable in El Segundo

Our client in El Segundo is looking for an AP coordinator to be responsible for the accurate processing of authorized invoices.  You will audit and prepare check requests for vendor invoices, perform matching and coding of invoices, review and code expense reports, set up vendor and employee payment terms in AS400 and perform other duties as assigned.  The hours are 8:30-5:30 and the pay is $20/hour.

Customer Service Rep for El Segundo

We have a customer service rep position open for our client in El Segundo.  It is a Temp to Hire. You will be processing orders, credits and RMA’s. You will also be quoting prices, sending samples and working closely with production to make sure all orders are being processed in a timely manner. You are basically taking care of the customer regarding the entire order process.  The hours are 8-5 and the pay is $20/hour.

Inside Sales Coordinator

Our client is looking for an awesome inside sales coordinator to successfully manage 50-70 distribution national accounts. You will be challenged to increase the sales of these existing accounts as well as to develop new sales strategies to bring in new customers. You will be expected to achieve an assigned monthly target as well as manage the daily business activities of your assigned accounts. This will include pricing, shipments, scheduling or orders, order entry, etc. You will also send samples, literature and documentation to the customers and initiate necessary follow up. A bachelor degree is preferred or equivalent experience in sales, telemarketing would be acceptable. You must have 3-7 years experience in the sales of industrial products or building materials and have a strong proficiency in MS office. This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the salary is 45K yearly. Upon completion of your probationary period you will be eligible for their commission program.  The sky is the limit then! Very generous benefit package is offered when position goes full-time.


Our client, a prestigious law firm on the Westside, needs a receptionist who can handle phones, make appointments, greet clients and handle light administrative duties.  This is a Temp to Hire opportunity for the right person. The hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday and the pay is $17/hr.
