Receive, review, and process import documentation for accounts
Handle files A to Z from receipt of booking advice to final delivery, including billing, 99% FCL cargo, from cargo originating primarily in Europe, South America, Australia/NZ, and Mexico
Track and trace shipment and provide updates to client and sales
Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to carrier, customers and agents in a timely manner
Create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation
Verify carrier/vendor for accuracy
Work with Customs Broker or CFS to coordinate the release of goods
Communicate with overseas agents to ensure proper documentation
Explore options to reduce cost and increase revenues
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Internet/media research
Demonstrate ability to calculate figures and amounts
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
