Work with controller in analysis of project costs and billings. Assist with preparing, analyzing and reviewing jobs that are in progress and jobs that are completed. Perform monthly closings and prepare monthly and annual financial statements. make sure sales tax, property tax and and any other city licensings are prepared and filed. You will report to and work closely with the Controller.
5+ years experience as an accountant in a construction-related field
Experience with Foundation software a plus but not required
Strong problem solving skills
MS Office 365, Excel, QuickBooks
Familiar with construction materials and terminology
