International Manufacturing company is looking for a Data Scientist to start right away.

Use or develop customized algorithms to solve analytical problems with incomplete data sheets

Conduct scalable data research on manufacturing and sales data.

Train management team on new or updated procedures

Formulate business problems into concrete framework

4-year degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field

5 Years related experience

Expertise in Python, developing cloud solutions on AWS, knowledge of Github, MS Office Suite.


Scheduler- Los Angeles

The Scheduler provides coordination for the production process and scheduling between the Corporate Production Department, Plant locations and Sales Departments.

Ensure required material is available and provided per weekly schedule.
Provide lead times to Sales department production.

Coordinate month-end transfer of labor.

Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school. At least 1 year related work experience.

M-F 8:30-5:30. Through Dec. 2021 will work remotely. As of Jan. 2022 all personnel will report onsite.

$45-$65K DOE plus benefits when perm.

Our client in Torrance, a supplier of office equipment, is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The position is responsible for all aspects of purchasing. Salary range $20.00 - $24.00/hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:

  Purchase order processing
  Purchase planning; responsible for shipment and handling logistic-related coordination/arrangement
  Maintain item data, assist product survey and analysis
  Coordinate product sample
  Perform report preparation
  Weekly/Monthly Sales Forecast Report based on open orders
  Backup and support local sales AR invoice posting


  Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  Bachelor Degree in Business-related field

Our client, a specialized packaging company in Torrance, is looking for someone to assist with AP and AR and receive goods using QuickBooks.

The position will start out part-time but likely evolve into full time. Must have at least 1-2 years experience with QuickBooks-will be tested.
Must be able to prioritize.

General Manager of Operations

Your main responsibility will be to direct the daily operations of a large, successful sushi franchise company located in Los Angeles. Our WLA client, a law firm specializing in transactional law, is looking for a Legal Secretary with no more than 10 years experience in the legal field. You will be drafting client communications, doing calendaring, proof reading and red-line editing. There is heavy transcription, so you need to be a good typist and have excellent computer skills. The firm is MAC based, so you must be proficient using MAC.
