Bilingual Front Office/Back Offfice Medical Assistant
Our client, a worker’s comp clinic in Torrance, needs an assistant who can work both the front and back office. You must be bilingual in Spanish and have at least 2 years experience in a medical office. The hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday and the pay is between $16-18/hour.
Our successful client in El Segundo needs an accounting supervisor to plan work schedules, assign duties and evaluate conformance to policies. Duties include resolving procedural problems, checking for accuracy on customer accounts, verifying deposits, and postings to accounts receivables. You will be charged with recommending new approaches to policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in accounting operations. You must have a degree in accounting/finance and have at least 3-5 years of experience. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. This is a Temp to Hire position and the salary is $55K yearly. Being interested, and/or having experience in the beauty industry would be a big plus. You must be bilingual in Spanish, have good data entry skills, know Excel and have a great phone presentation. This is a full time job, the pay is $14/hr and the hours are 9-5.
Entry Level Machine Operators-El Segundo
Our client, an International Electronics company, needs 5 entry level machine operators to start immediately. There are 3 shifts available. The 1st shift is from 6:15-2:30, the 2nd shift is from 2:30-11:00pm and the 3rd, from 10:45pm to 6:15am. You must have the ability to operate and monitor machine functions, do minor set-ups and be able to distinguish tooling and part numbers. You will also change tooling as required. The pay is $11.00 for 1st shift, $11.50/hr for 2nd shift and $12/hr for 3rd shift. Temp to Hire positions if you like them and they like you!
Our client, who specializes in emergency water extractions, is looking for a qualified dispatcher to work in their call center. There are a high number of calls so you must be comfortable with heavy phones and have excellent customer service skills. There are 2 shifts available: 10-5 Monday-Friday with an alternate weekend day and 2-9 Monday through Friday, also with an alternate weekend day. The pay is $14-18/hour.
Front/Back Medical Assistant
A busy pediatric office in Manhattan Beach needs a good front office receptionist who can also help out in the back when necessary. If you have experience handling the front desk of a high end medical practice and have the ability to do back office tasks, we would like to talk to you. The weekly schedule is as follows: Monday and Fridays are 8:30-5:30, Tuesday and Wednesdays are 8:30-12:30 and Thursdays are closed. This could work into a 32 hour week for the right person. Salary is negotiable.

This is a perfect job for someone with limited work experience who would like to learn how to operate simple machines. Our client, a manufacturer of credit cards, needs 30 people who are able to work 12 hour shifts and be able to commit to the job for several months. No specific experience is required, but you have to have worked on a job where you have been on your feet for extended periods of time. Requirements include a high school degree, the legal right to work in the US, and a clean drug screen. You will be paid overtime for any hours worked over 8 hours in a day. Pay is $12/hour.
Our client, a company based in West LA, is looking for an energetic, bright, Administrative Assistant. Duties include supporting a group of account managers, generating correspondence, updating spreadsheets, making and responding to phone calls, light scheduling of meetings, and some general office duties like copying, filing and covering the reception desk on occasion. The ideal candidate has at least two years office experience in a similar role, has a 4-year college degree (AA degree plus more professional experience is ok) and resides near the Westside. This is a temporary to permanent position. The hours are 8-5 and starting pay is $14 per hour.
